Sanctuaries for people of faith in the world.

Many places have built religious communities since thousands of years ago. Uniqueness, differences, and characteristics of each building located on each design. So what are the sacred places for all religions in the world?


1. Mekkah

Ka'ba (Arabic: الكعبة, transliteration: Ka'bah) is a cube shape approaching the building located in the center of the Grand Mosque in Mecca. This building is a monument sacred to the Muslims (Muslims).  2. St. Peter Square - the final resting place of the first pope

St. Peter's Basilica was built on the orders of the first Christian Emperor Constantine I, in the year 326 in the place where St. Peter was martyred. One thousand three hundred years later the building started to collapse slowly, and therefore the Pope Nicholas V ordered that built a new basilica. But the new construction began in 1506 on the tenure Pope Julius II. Construction of the basilica takes 120 years. Michelangelo's pieta requested donations of his work with his very famous.  4. Shwe Dagon Pagoda - The guard hairs of the Buddha

Once upon a time, it seems there are 2 brothers named Taphussa yyang Indian traders and Bhallika. They met Gautama Buddha and receiving eight hairs of the Buddha to be buried in Burma (Myanmar). With the help of the local king, called King Okklapa, the brothers find a hill Singuttaradi Yagon city (former capital of Myanmar). Here, they built the Shwedagon Pagoda and a holy place, and pride of the people of Myanmar are mostly Buddhists.
